Restore Your Being to Wholeness Retreat - 5 days
5 night retreat, Sunday to Friday. An opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, to cleanse and renew … to restore your being to wholeness. Includes 5 nights accommodation and meals, all meals prepared in accordance with a liver cleanse diet, lots of freshly made juices, plus daily use of Far Infrared Sauna (Detox Box), daily yoga-style stretch class and meditation. Price also includes a daily treatment of either a Wholistic Therapeutic Massage or a Reiki Healing session. You may choose to incorporate a 3 day juice fast as part of a Detox program. Spiritual Guidance and Health and Wellbeing consultations are also offered throughout your stay. Cost: $800 per single, $1,250 per double.
One-Week Body Cleanse and Detox Retreat – 7 days
Kick start your life through a gentle yet powerful 7 day health and wellbeing retreat. An all inclusive price of $1050 for one person for one week, or $1,610 per double for one week. A full week's retreat where your wellbeing will be the priority. We will work with diet, exercise and daily Far Infrared sauna treatment in order to restore the body; meditation, massage and Reiki in order to still the mind, calm the emotions and align with the Source of your being. Spiritual Guidance and Health and Wellbeing consultations are also offered throughout your stay. You may choose to accelerate your Detox with a 3-day juice fast as a part of your retreat program. All meals, snacks and juices will be provided throughout this week. A daily sauna treatment, plus a daily treatment of either a Wholistic Therapeutic Massage or a Reiki Healing session are included in the price.
3 night mid week “mini” Retreat
If your being is crying out for a retreat , but you just can't manage a week away, we have a “mini” Retreat to get you back on track. Three nights (available from Sunday to Thursday) incorporating a similar program to the Restoring the Being to Wholeness Retreat, working with a very gentle detox diet of lots of fruits and vegies and fresh juices, meditation, massage, Reiki, gentle stretching – and plenty of time to just “be” in the peace and tranquillity that this Retreat Centre offers. Includes 3 nights accommodation, all meals and juices, daily use of Far Infrared Sauna (Detox Box), daily yoga and meditation available. Price also includes a daily treatment of either a Wholistic Therapeutic Massage or a Reiki Healing session. Cost: $480 per single, $750 per double.
Weekend Retreats - Friday afternoon to Sunday evening
A weekend refresher, to relax and re-energise, to let go the daily pressures of life and just “be” within the peace and tranquillity of Akasha. Available most weekends, just not those when there is already a scheduled retreat. Cost: $320 per single, or $500 per double. Prices include 2 nights accommodation, all meals, either a one-hour massage or a Reiki treatment, daily use of the Far Infrared Sauna plus meditation and yoga classes as required.
A number of our courses are run “by donation”, in order that everyone who is drawn to attending these retreats is able to do so, regardless of their financial status.
